Job Description:

• Defining work processes in BPM systems, including interface specifications and transferring processes from the BPM system to the organization’s ERP system.

• Analyzing and writing High-Level Design and detailed technical specification documents (High-Level Design and Detailed Design).

• Translating business requirements into User Stories and Epics, and managing the Product Backlog.

• Working with business customers, interfacing system teams, and development teams. Serving as a key point of contact for consolidating requirements from the system’s business customers.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in information systems analysis and specification.

• Methodology: Proven knowledge and experience in systems analysis and writing requirements according to modern methodologies (Scrum / Agile).

• Education/Certification: Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or certification/course in systems analysis.

• Practical experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems and task management tools, with an emphasis on Jira and Confluence – a significant advantage.

• Experience working with a relational database, preferably Oracle – a significant advantage.

• Experience in the specification or implementation of ERP systems – a significant advantage.

• Previous software development experience – a significant advantage.
