Content Writers Manager

Location: Yokneam Illit (on-site) - Sunday–Thursday, 08:00–17:00

Job description

An established startup is looking for a candidate to manage our in-house content writers, review and refine their articles, and ensure every piece meets our quality and SEO standards. We provide full training from scratch, along with ongoing guidance and support to the right candidate.

Prior experience in marketing is an advantage, but not required.

This position is ideal for candidates eager to learn, who can work in a team environment, take responsibility, and build a long-term career in marketing.

Actual Day-to-Day Tasks

* Review and edit the articles written by our content writers.

* Provide the writer's feedback on their work and follow it through revisions until the article reaches the required quality.

* Check the articles align with our SEO requirements.

* Manage our in-house writers, including hiring new writers and removing writers who fail to deliver quality.

Requirements

* High-level English (spoken and written – mandatory)

* Strong communication skills

* Motivation to learn and develop professionally
