Are you passionate about training, process improvement, and customer service excellence?

We’re looking for a Customer Service Processes Specialist to join our team and lead global initiatives in training and service optimization.

What you’ll be doing:

🚀 Training & Development

• Design and deliver training programs for customer service managers and representatives across global locations

• Develop structured training materials and learning solutions

🔄 Process Improvement

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer service processes worldwide

• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to enhance systems, tools, and customer experience

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with global and local stakeholders across the organization

📍 Location: Matam Park, Haifa (Hybrid model – 1 day per week from home)

📅 Working days: Sunday–Thursday

What we’re looking for:

✔ Bachelor’s degree – required

✔ Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs – required

✔ Background in customer service – required

✔ Fluent English (written and spoken) – a must

✔ Experience working in a global company – an advantage
