DATA CENTER DESIGN MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Lead the design management and permitting process for complex Data Center projects, from initiation through design completion, and provide design support during the construction phase

• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and consultants

• Work closely with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and stakeholders in Israel and abroad

• Identify and manage design risks while providing professional solutions throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure design quality meets client requirements and the company's high standards

• Collaborate as part of a leading team of Data Center Design Managers

Requirements

• Proven experience in design management of complex projects such as Data Centers, hospitals, clean rooms, critical facilities, or other highly MEP-intensive buildings requiring continuous operation – Mandatory

• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading) – Mandatory

• Strong ability to lead complex processes with a broad systems perspective and engineering mindset

• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
