About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior technological and professional roles while acting as a strategic partner to our hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Leading full-cycle (E2E) recruitment processes for senior technological and professional positions

• Partnering closely with hiring managers: defining requirements, building job profiles, and providing professional guidance throughout the hiring process

• Conducting active sourcing across various platforms, including LinkedIn, candidate databases, and social networks

• Spearheading advanced LinkedIn strategies: building employer brand presence, creating organic campaigns, expanding networks, and training managers

• Managing internal and external interfaces, including collaboration with HR partners and external recruitment agencies

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of significant recruitment experience, including technological recruitment

• Extensive hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques

• Proven ability to manage complex processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders

• Experience working in a medium to large organization – a strong advantage

Pay range and compensation package
