סקירה כללית

• ניהול עובדים- מעקב אחר נוכחות העובדים במשמרת, ניהול הפסקות, שיבוץ בתחנה הרלוונטית ככל שנדרש

• ליווי תהליכי חניכה והסמכה, הכשרת עובדים חדשים

• שותפות, הובלה והטמעה של מסע ה-LEAN

• אחריות לביצוע טיפולים תקופתיים בקו– טיפולים ברמה יומית, חודשית ושנתית.

• מילוי והכנסת צ'ק ליסטים למערכת. תיעוד ורישום החלפת חלקים במכונה.

• ניהול ותמיכה בכל מערך היצור – דיווחי יצור, הוצאה לפועל של תוכנית הייצור ניהול צווארי בקבוק, תקלות וסיוע במציאת פתרונות.

ממלא מקום של מנהל משמרת במידת בצורך .

• ניסיון בעבודה בתעשייה- חובה

• עברית שוטפת – חובה

• ניסיון בניהול עובדים- חובה

• אנגלית בסיסית- חובה

• נכונות לעבודה במשמרות של 12 שעות, כולל סופי שבוע.

Overview (English)

• Employee management – monitoring employee attendance during shifts, managing breaks, and assigning employees to the relevant stations as needed.

• Supporting onboarding and certification processes, including training new employees.

• Partnering in, leading, and implementing the LEAN journey.

• Responsible for carrying out periodic maintenance on the production line – daily, monthly, and annual maintenance tasks.

• Completing and entering checklists into the system, including documentation and recording of machine part replacements.

• Managing and supporting the entire production operation – production reporting, executing the production plan, managing bottlenecks, handling malfunctions, and assisting in finding solutions.

• Serving as a backup for the Shift Manager when required.
