We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is: We are looking for a seasoned leader with a mature management mindset, capable of mentoring top talent while actively shaping our product and driving business impact. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and mentor a dedicated development team · Ensure changes meet business needs by understanding the business and maintaining close relationships with users · Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture · Solving complex problems with innovative solutions · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems.

Requirements: Requirements- · At least 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles. · Demonstrated leadership experience in development teams · Strong business and product understanding · Ability to understand and critically challenge system architecture and infrastructure in large-scale environments. · Experience with Backend Development. · Experience leading teams using Generative AI and spec-Driven development across the full SDLC,  including AI- assisted DEV and agentic coding workflows. · Hands-on experience developing and managing SaaS production environments. · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills · Strong proficiency in Java Spring – Advantage · Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices-based systems · Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
