Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Affiliate Manager role based in Ramat Gan. The Junior Affiliate Manager will assist in managing and growing affiliate partnerships, including onboarding new affiliates, maintaining regular communication, and supporting performance optimization. Daily responsibilities include monitoring affiliate campaigns, analyzing traffic and conversion data, preparing performance reports, and coordinating with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment. The role also involves identifying opportunities for new partnerships, resolving affiliate inquiries, and contributing to promotional strategies that support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Affiliate Management, including supporting affiliate recruitment, monitoring performance, and assisting with campaign optimization.

• Candidates should possess skills in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, providing timely support, and ensuring partner satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across multilingual teams.

• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Online Marketing, including understanding digital marketing channels, basic knowledge of SEO and social media, and a results-oriented mindset.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include strong analytical abilities, proficiency with Excel or similar tools, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant experience in affiliate marketing, online advertising, or digital marketing, and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred but not required.
