• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction.

• Product Strategy & Vision - Define and execute the long-term strategy

• Lead the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

• Manage and mentor a dedicated team of product managers, fostering innovation and execution excellence.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Support to deliver high-impact products.

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive product launches, messaging, and adoption.

• Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track product performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Looking For

• 10+ years of product management experience, Disaster Recovery, Data Protection, and related enterprise IT infrastructure domains.
