Project Manager

About the Job

We are looking for a Project Manager – Ground Systems to join our Ground Systems Plant within the Missile & Space Systems Division.

In this role, you will lead complex development and production projects of launch, command & control, and support systems for military land and naval applications. You will work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, driving projects from development through delivery and throughout the product lifecycle, while collaborating with customers and strategic partners in Israel and abroad.

What the Role Includes:

• End-to-end management of development and production projects for advanced military ground and naval systems.

• Matrix management of Systems Engineering teams, multidisciplinary engineering teams, and subcontractors.

• Managing project budgets, schedules, milestones, and key deliverables.

• Serving as the primary point of contact (POC) with the prime contractor and customers in Israel and abroad.

• Responsibility for the full Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) framework throughout the product lifecycle.

• Preparing proposals and cost estimates and supporting Marketing and Procurement activities.

• Ensuring compliance with system requirements, including qualification, proof-of-concept, and operational testing.

• Leading multidisciplinary teams and driving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering – mandatory.

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – a significant advantage.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in project management.

• Practical experience in the development and installation of military systems.

• High-level technical English, both written and spoken.

• Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic environment.

About the Division:

Our Ground Systems Plant is responsible for the development and production of launch, command & control, and power platforms supporting advanced defensive and offensive systems across land and naval domains.

The plant manages dozens of projects at any given time, with annual deliveries valued at tens of millions of dollars, serving a diverse range of customers in Israel and around the world.

Alongside ongoing production and delivery programs, the plant is continuously engaged in the design and development of innovative new systems at a System-of-Systems level.
