CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the project and on-site project team throughout all phases

• Responsible for both engineering and managerial aspects of the project

• Manage budget, schedule (timeline), quality, and execution

• Work directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers

• Coordinate between all involved parties throughout the project stages

Requirements

• Certified Civil Engineer (registered) – mandatory

• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading construction/execution projects

• Experience in residential projects – required

• Proven experience managing work teams

• Proactive, highly organized, with strong leadership skills

• Ability to lead client relationships

• Strong team and project management capabilities
