💡 What you’ll do:

• Lead and grow a dynamic UX/UI studio team

• Drive end-to-end user experience solutions- from research to pixel-perfect design

• Be hands-on: UX research, product thinking, and UI design for web & mobile

• Present and lead projects מול לקוחות

• Take part in pre-sale processes and shape innovative concepts

• Stay ahead with trends, tools, and AI in design

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI (web & apps)

• Strong background in research, data-driven decisions & concept development

• Proven experience leading teams (with a hands-on approach)

• Experience presenting to clients and leading processes

• Mastery of leading design tools + familiarity with AI tools

• A strong and impressive portfolio

• Creative thinker, independent, collaborative, and highly motivated
