About This Role

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer at PlayEola, an innovative iGaming studio. We're not looking for traditional credentials - we're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI and is obsessed with staying on the cutting edge of what's possible with AI tools. You'll work on developing innovative game solutions, collaborating with our team while constantly exploring how to leverage AI to accelerate development, solve problems, and push creative boundaries. Day-to-day tasks include back-end development, game development, writing clean code, contributing to scalable systems, and most importantly - finding smart ways to use AI tools (like Claude Code, Codex cli, Cursor, and whatever new tools emerge) to work faster and better. This role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with flexibility for remote work.

Requirements

• AI obsession (this is non-negotiable) – You're constantly experimenting with AI tools, staying updated on new releases, and genuinely excited about how AI is transforming software development

• HUGE BONUS: Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools – if you've been using Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, or other AI-powered development tools in real projects, you're already speaking our language

• Hunger to learn and get your hands dirty - You're not afraid to dive into unfamiliar territory and figure things out

• Solid grasp of programming fundamentals - you understand core concepts like data structures, APIs, databases, and back-end architecture

• Ability to write and understand code, with or without AI assistance

• A collaborative mindset - you'll work closely with our CTO, CPO, and team

• Passion for gaming

• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
