CONSTRUCTION PLANNING PROJECT MANAGER

Role responsibilities

• Manage the planning of the project and its various stages

• Lead a team of planners and coordinate with consultants throughout all stages of the project

• Liaise with the client

• Manage the project schedule

• Oversee the project budget

Requirements

• Registered Civil Engineer and/or Architect – mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience leading projects in execution/supervision

• Experience in planning – mandatory

• Experience in managing work teams

• Proactive, highly organized

• Ability to lead clients

• Proficiency in computer systems – mandatory
