Kushy Punch, a premier brand in the cannabis industry, is seeking an experienced and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team in the St. Louis, MO area. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand at dispensaries and events, engaging with consumers and dispensary partners to increase brand awareness, education, and product sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and passionate about cannabis, with a strong ability to represent a premium brand in the field.

• Salary Range: $18-20+ hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandising and organizing product displays at dispensaries

• Leading and coordinating vendor days across the St. Louis region

• Educating and training dispensary staff on product knowledge and brand values

• Actively engaging with consumers to build brand recognition and loyalty

• Representing Kushy Punch at events and promotional activities

• Collecting and reporting customer and staff feedback to support marketing strategies

• Collaborating with the sales team to support overall business objectives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, brand representation, or field sales preferred (cannabis industry experience strongly preferred)

• Strong understanding of the cannabis market and industry trends

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong sense of accountability

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
