Senior Software Engineer

Sindiana, a global defense-tech company in the defense training and simulation space, is hiring a senior developer to evolve the company’s simulation platform and deliver technical solutions tailored to customers in the defense sector.

We’re looking for a professional with a can-do approach who combines strong hands-on coding with the ability to lead technical requirement definitions with clients, running acceptance testing, and owning technical delivery.

* Full-time, on-site at our offices in Kfar Saba.

Requirements:

5+ years of software development experience

Strong command of C++ and Python

Experience building geog systems and working with SDKs for graphics/simulation engines

Experience with soft real-time systems, with a focus on low latency and performance

Background in AI/ML, small language models, Computer Vision, NLP

Familiarity with control protocols for unmanned platforms (MAVLink, ArduPilot, DJI SDK)

Strong hands-on experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, or VBS — a plus

Experience integrating distributed simulation environments based on HLA/DIS — a plus

Military background in a technology unit (8200, Mamram, C4I), or prior experience at a defense company — a plus

Strong communication in Hebrew and English, with both technical and non-technical audiences

Israeli citizenship required, with eligibility for security clearance
