Infrastructure & Energy Manager – Tel Yosef Site

Tel Yosef is one of our key production sites, operating complex industrial processes and advanced utility systems that support large‑scale, continuous manufacturing. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Energy Manager to lead all utility and energy systems at the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing site utilities: steam boilers, refrigeration & ammonia systems, RO, compressed air, nitrogen, natural gas, piping and more.

• Working with regulatory authorities in the fields of energy and infrastructure.

• Managing the site’s infrastructure maintenance team.

• Matrix management of contractor teams (piping & electrical).

• Leading cross‑site energy‑efficiency and cost‑reduction initiatives, including multi‑year planning.

• Close collaboration with maintenance, operations and logistics teams.

• Mid‑level management role (third tier on site).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.

• Background and knowledge in ammonia systems and industrial utilities.

• At least 3 years of experience in a heavy process‑industry plant.

• Experience managing direct and indirect teams (up to ~20 employees).

• Strong process‑leadership skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with operational excellence / Lean methodologies.

• Availability for occasional Friday work and non‑standard hours.
