Job Description:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and end users.

• Map existing business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare functional and technical specification documents (HLD/DLD).

• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage tasks and project activities using JIRA.

• Investigate business processes, analyze production issues, and review system logs.

• Work closely with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.

• Experience working with Oracle databases and SQL.

• Proven experience writing detailed technical specification documents.

• Familiarity with system integration processes and architectures.

• Experience working in an Agile environment and with JIRA.

• Experience with banking or financial systems – a significant advantage.

• Background in software development or familiarity with IT infrastructure – an advantage.
