Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Penetration Testing & Red Team Specialist for a leading government organization in Ramat Gan

Role Overview

Join a leading cybersecurity team responsible for conducting advanced penetration tests and Red Team exercises across web applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments. The role includes identifying security vulnerabilities, supporting remediation efforts, collaborating with SOC and IR teams, and enhancing offensive security methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform penetration tests and Red Team engagements across enterprise environments

• Assess web applications, infrastructure, and cloud security

• Identify vulnerabilities and support remediation with development and infrastructure teams

• Collaborate with SOC and Incident Response teams

• Produce professional technical reports and improve offensive security practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Penetration Testing and Red Team operations – required

• Strong expertise in Web security (OWASP Top 10) and infrastructure attacks (Active Directory, Kerberos, Lateral Movement)

• Hands-on experience with Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, and BloodHound

• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash, with strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)

• Experience working in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments

• Advanced Red Team experience, including Persistence, Evasion, C2 techniques, and professional report writing in Hebrew and English
