Purchasing & Logistics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to own the end-to-end procurement and international logistics cycle for a hardware and electronics operation, from sourcing and negotiation through delivery, customs clearance, and shipping documentation. Full-time, on-site, northern Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete purchasing process, including obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations.

• Lead commercial negotiations to secure the best pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system, and secure order acknowledgment from suppliers.

• Track open orders and drive on-time delivery through ongoing supplier follow-up on status, schedules, and supply issues.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, including arranging pickups.

• Review and verify freight invoices for accuracy.

• Manage customs clearance activities with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

• Handle import and export activity in full compliance with applicable export control regulations, including export-controlled and dual-use goods.

• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, import, and export documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations.

• Hands-on ERP experience; Priority ERP an advantage.

• Proven experience with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international shipments.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Good understanding of import/export regulations and customs processes.

• Experience with PCBA manufacturers an advantage.

• Experience handling export-controlled or dual-use goods an advantage.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of the full procurement and logistics cycle.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent English, written and spoken, an advantage.
