About the role

You'll work on internal B2B processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams across the company to implement advanced AI solutions and improve existing workflows. This is a role with real ownership - part of a skilled, dynamic development team in a modern tech environment where initiative is encouraged and impact is tangible

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions for internal organizational processes

• Work with cutting-edge AI tools for development, automation, and process optimization

• Conduct technical discovery and rapidly identify efficient solutions to complex business challenges

• Partner with internal stakeholders and drive end-to-end adoption of AI solutions across the organization

• Collaborate with a professional development team in an innovative, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of software development experience

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar

• Experience building AI-powered applications or products

• Familiarity with Copilot, automation tools, and productivity workflows

• Ability to identify business needs and drive solutions independently

• Proactive mindset, fast learner, strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Background in Finance or FinTech
