Senior System Analyst - Digital & Financial Systems

We’re looking for a Senior System Analyst who can see the big picture, understand complex business processes and lead technological solutions end-to-end - from business needs and system design through development and production.

What You'll Do:

• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for banking, payments, money transfers, digital wallets, and financial services.

• Lead end-to-end system analysis and specification processes (HLD & LLD) for Web,Mobile, Back Office systems, and financial integrations.

• Analyze and design complex financial processes, including payments, money transfers, digital wallets, customer onboarding, identity verification, and authorization management.

• Define and specify integrations with financial core systems, payment providers, banking platforms, Open Banking services, and external partners, working within Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture environments.

• Leverage Generative AI tools to improve analysis, specification, and documentation processes.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, including Web and Mobile systems and complex business processes - Must

• Experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, Digital Wallets, Money Transfers, Open Banking, or other financial systems - Must

• Strong technical experience with REST APIs, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, Microservices and complex system integrations - Must

• Experience writing technical and functional specifications, including SQL queries and UML diagrams - Must

• Experience working in Agile environments with Development, QA, Architecture and business stakeholders - Must

• Experience with KYC/AML, financial regulation and information security requirements - Significant Advantage
