About the Role

ELTA Systems Engineering and Systems Division is looking for a PCB Layout Designer.

The role includes:

• Performing layouts for technologically complex printed circuit boards (PCBs).

• Working closely with Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and PCB Assembly teams.

• Supporting development engineers until the product transfer to production.

• Working as part of a team, meeting tight schedules, with strong organizational skills.

What Are We Looking For?

• Electronics Engineer / Practical Engineer (Technician) – mandatory.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in PCB layout design – mandatory.

• Proficiency in one or more PCB design tools: Expedition-Mentor / Altium / Cadence Allegro / OrCAD – mandatory.

• Experience in PCB layout of Power Supply, Analog, Digital, High-Speed, and RF circuits – mandatory.

• Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.

• Experience with multilayer PCB layouts, understanding of electrical schematics, and knowledge of electronic components definition and component libraries.

• Knowledge of DFM/DFA testing for manufacturing preparation.

• Ability to prepare manufacturing documentation for PCBs and relevant files.

• Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB layout design.

• Good command of both English and Hebrew.
