Tech Lead Android

A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Android Tech Lead to join a cutting-edge mobile team and lead the development of applications used by millions of users.

What you'll do:

• Provide technical leadership and mentor the Android development team.

• Drive architectural decisions and establish development best practices.

• Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, scalable code.

• Lead end-to-end feature development in a hands-on role.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, QA, DevOps, and UX teams.

Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience developing native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

✔ Proven experience as an Android Tech Lead or Senior Android Developer with technical leadership responsibilities.

✔ Strong experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, and LiveData.

✔ Deep understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture.

✔ Experience working with REST APIs or GraphQL.

Nice to have:

Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Firebase, Room, Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt, RxJava, Cloud Native development, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
