Role Description This full-time hybrid role as a SAP Materials Management Consultant is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home. The consultant will design, configure, and support SAP MM and related modules to align with client business processes in procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Day-to-day activities include conducting requirements workshops, translating business needs into functional specifications, performing system configuration and testing, and supporting data migration and integration with other SAP modules. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation and training materials, and providing ongoing support and issue resolution for SAP MM and warehouse management processes. The consultant will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help clients adopt best practices in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and Materials Management expertise, including configuration and support for procurement and inventory processes.

• At least 4 years of experience as a SAP MM Consultant.

• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management and related logistics functions to optimize storage, picking, and distribution workflows.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in supply chain, purchasing, and inventory control, with the ability to map them into SAP solutions.

• Proven analytical skills to interpret business requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and propose effective SAP process improvements.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC in implementation, rollout, or support projects is highly beneficial.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and collaborate in multicultural teams.

• Professional-level English; Hebrew language skills and prior consulting or SAP partner experience are advantageous.
