Job Description:

• Responsible for the system's technological infrastructure, configuration, and settings, while ensuring system availability and implementing information security procedures in accordance with organizational guidelines.

• Analyze, implement, and configure the system according to user and customer requirements, including user, permissions, and license management.

• Work closely with external vendors to handle incidents, upgrades, enhancements, and the implementation of new features and system versions.

• Support the implementation of the system across different organizational units, provide user training, and deliver ongoing support to users and technical stakeholders.

• Monitor and control system performance and usage metrics, including initiating health checks and ongoing updates.

• Hybrid work model.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant education in the field.

• At least 3 years of experience in implementing or administering enterprise information systems.

• At least 2 years of experience working with Azure DevOps or Monday.com, including user management, permissions, and system configuration.

• Experience working with business users, including requirements analysis, solution implementation, and user training.

• Experience working with external vendors, handling incidents, and leading improvement processes.

• Ability to analyze and implement processes at the functional level.

• Certifications or training in Azure DevOps or Monday – significant advantage.

• Familiarity with organizational project, task, and portfolio management processes – an advantage.
