In this role, you’ll be an active partner in our core product processes — from bug lifecycle management to release coordination — while also owning user behavior analysis and providing ongoing support to the team. This is a hands-on position with real responsibility from day one, designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same.

Location: Company offices in Tel Aviv

Workload: 4 days per week (Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu) | 09:00–18:00

Our advertising services are tailored to users based on customer data, helping businesses’ messages reach a targeted audience of relevant, highly engaged potential customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

•  Own the bug lifecycle — triage, prioritize, resolve or escalate, and close

•  Coordinate end-to-end release cycles, from Jira management to post-deployment testing

•  Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps, usage patterns, and feature adoption

•  Support the product team with operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

•  Bhelor’s degree — preference for Industrial Engineering & Management or related fields

•  Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and self-management skills

•  High attention to detail and a strong sense of personal accountability

•  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

•  Bonus points for: Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Background or interest in digital advertising
