Requirements: Must-Have 5+ years of professional DevOps / Infrastructure experience, in high-scale cloud services or SaaS products. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to collaboration and a team-player attitude. Deep experience with cloud platforms (GCP and/or AWS), including networking, IAM, and managed services at scale. Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi, Terraform, or similar) in production environments. Production experience with Kubernetes and modern container-based delivery. Solid experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, or equivalent). Strong scripting and/or development skills, with the ability to read, write, and review production code. Experience operating PostgreSQL or other managed databases in production. Nice To Have Software development background with production experience in Go (or a strong willingness and track record of contributing code to backend services). Strong security background, cloud security, identity, secrets management, threat modeling, or experience in a security-engineering / DevSecOps role. Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or similar). Familiarity with applied cryptography, blockchain technology, or other security-sensitive financial systems. Experience working in regulated / compliance-heavy environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
