Location: Hybrid, Israel (Customer-facing role with international travel)

About Aidome

Aidome is building the Enterprise AI Control Plane for regulated organizations. Our platform enables enterprises, governments, financial institutions, and defense organizations to securely deploy, govern, and operate AI across cloud, hybrid, on premises, and fully air-gapped environments.

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect who thrives at the intersection of enterprise infrastructure, AI platforms, customer success, and technical delivery.

This is not a pre-sales architect role. This is someone who can explain complex architectures in the boardroom and deploy them in the data center the same day.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers and partners.

• Design deployment architectures for on premises, private cloud, hybrid, and air-gapped environments.

• Deploy and configure the Aidome platform using Docker containers and enterprise infrastructure.

• Work directly with customer IT, security, networking, cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.

• Own technical onboarding from kickoff through production deployment.

• Perform Proofs of Concept (POCs), pilots, workshops, and production implementations.

• Troubleshoot deployment, networking, authentication, and infrastructure issues.

• Design secure enterprise integrations including identity providers, AI models, APIs, and enterprise systems.

• Explain technical architecture clearly to both executive and engineering audiences.

• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to improve deployment experience and influence the product roadmap.

• Build deployment documentation, best practices, reference architectures, and implementation guides.

• Become a trusted technical advisor for customers throughout their AI adoption journey.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as a Solution Architect, Infrastructure Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.

• Strong hands-on experience deploying containerized applications using Docker.

• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and networking.

• Experience working with Linux environments.

• Experience integrating enterprise authentication systems including SAML, OIDC, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, or Active Directory.

• Understanding of reverse proxies, load balancers, TLS certificates, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and enterprise networking.

• Experience with APIs, REST services, JSON, and system integrations.

• Comfortable working with enterprise customers during deployment, troubleshooting, and architecture discussions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Willingness to travel for customer deployments when required.

Nice to Have

• Kubernetes or OpenShift experience.

• Enterprise AI or LLM deployment experience.

• NVIDIA GPU infrastructure familiarity.

• Experience with Ollama, vLLM, OpenAI-compatible APIs, or enterprise AI platforms.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Cybersecurity background.

• Experience working in regulated industries such as Finance, Government, Healthcare, or Defense.

• Familiarity with SIEM, IAM, Zero Trust, DLP, and enterprise security architecture.
