System Analyst

NESS is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end systems analysis processes, from defining solution concepts with a holistic system perspective to producing detailed functional specification documents for Web and Mobile platforms. You will work closely with development and QA teams, design and specify complex interfaces in a Microservices environment, and contribute to the integration of AI-powered solutions.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Modi'in, Israel.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a digital environment – Required.

• Proven experience working with Web systems and Mobile applications – Required.

• Hands-on experience writing REST API specifications and a strong understanding of JSON – Required.

• Strong expertise in business process analysis and modeling – Required.

• Proficiency in UML modeling, including Use Case Diagrams, supporting specifications, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams, along with a solid understanding of Microservices architecture – Required.

• Experience with analysis and modeling tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, or equivalent – Required.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a related field with a specialization in Information Systems from a recognized academic institution – Advantage.
