Senior Product Manager

Horizon is hiring a Product Lead to execute our product vision and ship complex trading features at high speed.

You will be responsible for taking complex features from concept to launch, bridging the gap between deep algorithmic trading infrastructure and a magical, simple B2C experience.

This role is designed for a hands-on builder, not an administrator. We are looking for an ultra-sharp, highly technical product leader who loves being close to the data, talking directly to users, and driving fast execution.

What you’ll do

• Drive Execution & Velocity: Lead the product execution engine—taking abstract concepts and converting them into shipped B2C features rapidly.

• Translate Deep Complexity: Turn complex AI, data models, and algorithmic trading infrastructure into a sleek, intuitive consumer UI.

• Self-Serve Data Analysis: Dive directly into product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL) to identify drop-offs, validate hypotheses, and track feature adoption independently.

• Ship, Test, Iterate: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and design to unblock bottlenecks, make smart trade-offs, and iterate based on real user feedback.

Requirements

• Zero-to-One B2C Experience: A proven track record of taking complex B2C software products (or major features) from concept to successful launch.

• Hands-on Technical Depth: You have a strong grasp of backend architectures and APIs, allowing you to engage in deep, productive technical discussions with top-tier engineers.

• Data Literacy: Deep, hands-on experience with product analytics platforms and quantitative user research. You know how to find the "why" behind the numbers.

• Domain Passion: A genuine curiosity or background in fintech, trading, financial markets, or data-heavy products.

• Startup DNA: You thrive in high-speed, dynamic early-stage environments and are comfortable taking full ownership with minimal hand-holding.

About Horizon Horizon is building the agentic interface for trading. Users can describe a trading idea, backtest it across years of market data, improve it with AI, and deploy it to their broker without writing code or building complex infrastructure. We are a VC-backed fintech startup (backed by Entrée Capital) with a young, highly ambitious team building a category-defining company.
