Responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administered and maintained Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.

• Managed Active Directory, including Group Policy (GPO) design, implementation, and administration.

• Administered and supported VMware virtualized infrastructure.

• Configured and managed FortiGate firewalls, VLANs, and network infrastructure.

• Monitored and maintained IT systems using enterprise monitoring solutions such as ManageEngine and SolarWinds.

• Performed system hardening and implemented security best practices in accordance with organizational standards.

• Collaborated with the Help Desk and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents and improve service delivery.

• Participated in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations.

• Strengthened the organization's cybersecurity posture through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and security improvements.
