תיאור המשרה המלא
המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןDot Compliance is a cloud based, innovative software company, and our product, built on Salesforce platform, allows life science customers to manage their quality and compliance
We are looking for a builder to join our Professional Services team. Someone who writes code, ships solutions, and looks for ways to automate repetitive work. You’ll work directly with customers to implement, extend, and integrate our compliance platform built on Salesforce- and just as importantly, you’ll build AI-powered agents and internal tools that make the whole team faster. This is a hands-on technical role: you’ll write code, build integrations, migrate data, and solve problems that don’t always come with a clear spec.
The work spans Salesforce development, Python scripting, and AWS-based workflows. You will work across multiple projects and customer environments, often picking up requirements on the fly and figuring out the best path forward independently.
To succeed here, you need to move fast, take ownership of problems before they're fully defined, and use AI tools as a natural part of how you build- not as an occasional shortcut, but as how you actually work.
Responsibilities:
• AI Agents & Internal Tooling: Design and build AI-powered agents and internal tools that improve how the team delivers- automating repetitive work, streamlining processes, and turning good ideas into working tools without waiting to be asked.
• Custom Development: Design and build Salesforce solution- including Apex, LWC, and integrations- based on customer requirements.
• Build Python-based scripts and tools to support customer onboarding, automation, and data processing needs.
• Use AI coding tools actively throughout your work- to move faster, explore unfamiliar territory, and deliver without waiting for fully defined specifications.
• Translate customer requirements- sometimes vague, sometimes complex- into working Salesforce configurations, automated flows, and integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Customer Success to ensure new platform features land well in a services context.
Requirements:
• Actively uses AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) as part of daily workflow- not occasionally, but as a core working habit
• Has built things with AI beyond code completion- agents, automations, or tools- whether at work or in self-driven projects
• Hands-on experience as a Salesforce developer
• General familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, and similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Independent learner with the ability to adapt and understand concepts with agility
• Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment
• Relevant degree from a recognized university or college, or equivalent demonstrated experience
