The Ortus Club is a global B2B marketing agency that hosts high-end, invite-only events for senior executives and thought leaders. With around 60 events a month in some of the world’s most exciting cities, our roundtables and masterclasses are set in beautiful venues and designed to spark powerful conversations and connections between decision-makers.

For photographers, it’s a front-row seat to inspiring discussions, dynamic settings, and incredible people— all in venues worth shooting. Each event is an opportunity to capture elegant moments, sharp detail shots, and authentic interactions.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a freelance photographer to help us capture the essence of our executive roundtable events.

• You’ll be our creative eye on the ground, responsible for

• Capturing candid and atmospheric shots of the venue, guests, and overall ambiance

• Creating social-ready video content using your phone

• Filming quick, casual interviews with guests (we’ll provide the questions and prompts)

We’re looking for someone with a great eye for detail, who can think on their feet and isn’t afraid to approach people for a quick shot or interview. If you love storytelling through visuals and want to build your portfolio with work tied to premium global brands—this role is for you.

UPCOMING EVENT DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS

DATE: July 30, 2026

EVENT DURATION: 2 Hours

STRICT INGRESS: 15 minutes before the event

DELIVERABLES: 90 photos (with necessary edits if needed)

TURNOVER TIME: 24-48 Hours after the event
