Technical Project Manager

Job description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of technical projects.

This is a critical role in coordinating various teams, resources, and tasks to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

You will help us get better at planning and executing these projects. You will also put in place the measurements and data to help us better understand and communicate our capacity and commitments. This role will report to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities on a daily basis, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to objectives.

• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges.

• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and management, providing regular updates.

• Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Drive, implement and track projects' KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Information System (or equivalent degree).

• 4+ years of experience in a project manager role, preferably within the technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.

• Experience in manage expansive projects involving multiple interfaces and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in task management tools (Monday, Jira, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• High level English – reading, writing, speaking.

Advantage

• Experience working with Cloud/IT infrastructure teams.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP certification.
