Finance Manager

We're a fast-growing technology company that combines business insight with innovation, and we're looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and serve as a strategic business partner to the executive management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations for a project-based services organization.

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury activities.

• Lead collection processes and monitor revenue cash flow.

• Manage the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Oversee factoring activities.

• Manage accounting and payroll functions, including supervision of the Payroll Accountant.

• Work closely with the external auditing firm, including annual financial statement preparation and reporting.

• Build, analyze, and monitor financial and operational KPIs.

• Provide financial guidance and business support to the executive management team.

• Lead and support Due Diligence processes as required.

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics

Experience working with banks, external auditors, and external financial advisors

Experience in a services company – Mandatory

Proven experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and financial control

Experience with ERP systems – Priority ERP is a significant advantage

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Experience using AI tools to improve financial processes, automate workflows, analyze data, and generate business insights – Significant advantage

Strong analytical skills, business acumen, high organizational abilities, and the capability to work independently
