DBA Team Manager

We are recruiting a DBA Team Manager for a financial organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Work with mission-critical databases supporting core credit systems

• Lead and manage a team of 3 DBA professionals

• Oversee database installations, backups, upgrades, performance tuning, and ongoing database maintenance

• Work with a variety of database technologies and infrastructure systems while troubleshooting complex technical issues

• Provide on-call support during nights and weekends as required

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as an Oracle and/or MSSQL DBA

• 3 years of experience managing a DBA team in an Enterprise organization

• Experience working with Oracle (Exadata), MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Snowflake

• Experience diagnosing and resolving performance issues in application and infrastructure environments

• Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle EBS, OIM, and CDC – advantage
