Mobile Team Lead

🚀 Mobile Development Team Lead | React Native

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Development Team Lead to lead the development of a large-scale mobile application and drive both technical excellence and team growth.

In this role, you will lead a strong mobile development team, own the application architecture, and work closely with business and digital stakeholders to deliver innovative mobile experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a mobile development team, driving technical direction and best practices

• Own the mobile application architecture, code quality, performance, stability, and maintainability

• Lead the design and delivery of new features in a React Native-based application

• Define and implement solutions around mobile capabilities

• Drive integrations with AWS-based services and Microservices environments

• Ensure excellent user experience, fast loading times, optimized performance, and application stability

• Lead release planning, estimations, prioritization, and risk management processes

• Act as a key interface between product/business stakeholders and the development team

What we’re looking for:

✔ 5+ years of experience developing mobile applications with React Native

✔ Previous experience as a Mobile Team Lead or Mobile Tech Lead

✔ Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript

✔ Proven experience leading technical processes and mentoring developers

✔ Experience with modern development tools and methodologies

✔ Familiarity with AWS architecture – a significant advantage

✔ Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge technology and business needs
