A leading organization is seeking a Project Manager & System Analyst for a key role combining end-to-end ownership of cross-organizational projects with in-depth systems analysis in complex, multi-system environments. This is a hybrid position that integrates managerial responsibility with strong analytical capabilities, having a direct impact on critical organizational processes.

The role includes leading technology projects from initiation to delivery, working closely with multiple business and technical stakeholders, and driving cross-organizational initiatives. In parallel, the position requires strong systems analysis skills: gathering and analyzing requirements, writing detailed functional and technical specifications, understanding complex business processes, and translating them into technical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with development teams and vendors in a dynamic environment with complex enterprise systems.
