Product Manager / System Engineer

At our company site in Netanya, we are seeking a Product Manager / System Engineer to lead the development of an advanced artillery C4I system for the Israeli market. In this role you will

Define, integrate, and lead the development of multidisciplinary systems and services from design through delivery within Agile processes

Provide a comprehensive system-wide vision and ensure coherence across workflows and system configurations

Lead collaborative processes with operational and technical customers

Manage a matrix-based development team while working closely with technological and business stakeholders

Rapidly learn new technologies and operate within a diverse and flexible team

Design system architecture with emphasis on databases and overall system performance

:Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

At least 3 years of experience in System Engineering and Product Management

Knowledge and hands-on experience with integrated, large-scale systems

A strong background and experience in artillery systems, algorithms and operational doctrine

Strong teamwork skills and ability to lead cross-organizational processes

Broad system-level thinking and the capacity to plan and manage complex technological workflows

Familiarity with software technologies and operational environments

Strong technical problem-solving capabilities

Creativity, high self-learning ability, and strong analytical thinking with the ability to provide forward-looking, generic solutions
