Role Overview

Mindtel is looking for Biology Domain Experts to support a project focused on reviewing and validating pre-created Question–Solution–Answer (QSA) datasets used for the evaluation and improvement of AI systems.

The selected experts will use their Biology knowledge to evaluate questions, solutions, and answers for scientific accuracy, logical correctness, relevance, completeness, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review pre-created Biology QSA datasets for scientific and technical accuracy.

• Validate questions, step-by-step solutions, and final answers.

• Check the correctness of Biology concepts, explanations, and reasoning.

• Identify factual errors, incorrect reasoning, inconsistencies, ambiguities, or missing information.

• Evaluate content for relevance, completeness, and clarity.

• Review questions across different Biology topics and difficulty levels.

• Provide detailed expert feedback wherever corrections are required.

• Ensure reviewed content meets defined Biology and quality standards.

Preferred Areas of Expertise

PhD / Doctorate is mandatory in one or more of the following areas::

Cell Biology | Molecular Biology | Genetics | Microbiology | Biochemistry | Biotechnology | Physiology | Ecology | Evolution | Zoology | Botany | Life Sciences and related areas.

Candidates without a PhD/Doctorate in a relevant Biology/Life Sciences domain will not be considered.

Candidate Profile

• PhD/Doctorate in a relevant Biology or Life Sciences discipline

• Good conceptual understanding of Biology.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.

• Ability to identify scientific inaccuracies and logical inconsistencies.

• Good written English communication skills.

• Ability to independently review and provide structured feedback.
