Your Are

• Strong interpersonal, management and organizational skills

• The ability to lead a small technical team.

• Cultural sensitivity and understanding

• Proficient in lighting and audio techniques

• Proven record of efficient managing resources and equipment

• Ability and desire to take the initiative to develop the Events Department to its full operational potential.

• The knowledge to identify the causes of technical problems and suggest effective and creative ways to solve them

• Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs

• Able to anticipate and identify risk management issues pertaining to all technical equipment and report to appropriate person

You Will

• Oversee the technical and operational quality of all of the light and sound needs of the resort.

• Broadcast music for shows and events

• Set up lighting for theatre shows and events through-out the resort

• Ability to provide hands on technical support for both lights and sound.

• Take part in the purchasing of material related to the Events Dept.and the management of stocks

• Perform regular checks and inventory of equipment
