About the Job

The Tamam Plant, part of the Missile & Space Systems Division at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), is looking for a Business Project Manager to lead strategic business projects, drive business development activities, and manage customer relationships in Israel and internationally. This role combines project leadership, commercial management, and business growth in one of the world's leading inertial navigation technology organizations.

What the Role Includes:

• Lead multidisciplinary business projects for customers in Israel and abroad.

• Manage customer relationships, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships.

• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new customers and market opportunities.

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation activities.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and synchronize all project stakeholders.

• Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery against business and financial objectives.

• Present project status and business performance to customers and senior management.

• Stay up to date with market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering – Required.

• MBA – Advantage.

• At least 4 years of experience managing multidisciplinary business projects with customers in Israel or internationally – Required.

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading) – Required.

• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven experience in business development and project leadership.

• Knowledge of Inertial Navigation Systems – Advantage.

• Willingness to work additional hours when required.
