A leading IT company is seeking a System Administrator to join its team

📍 Location: Rosh HaAyin (Independent transportation required)

💼 Position Type: Full-time (Shift-based)

About the Role:

We are looking for a System Administrator to join a leading IT company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and resolve customer-related technical issues.

• Manage and maintain end-to-end IT systems, including servers, information security, networking, and monitoring solutions.

• Work in multi-server and multi-technology environments, including TCP/IP networks.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in administering and operating IT systems and network infrastructures.

• Relevant certification such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, or CCNP, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.

• Proven experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting complex system issues – mandatory.

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Firewall systems – mandatory.

• Experience providing IT services to business and public-sector organizations.

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure – an advantage.
