Salesforce QA Engineer

Our Setup: 📍 Ra'anana | ⏰ Full-time

What does the role include? 📋 • End-to-End Ownership: Leading QA processes for cross-organizational Salesforce business processes, including complex integrations with third-party systems.

• Test Documentation: Translating business requirements and functional specifications into detailed test documents (STP, STD, STR).

• Lifecycle Management: Accompanying projects from the initial characterization phase all the way to the exciting moment of deployment and go-live.

• Continuous Improvement: Identifying recurring issues, optimizing QA methodologies across the organization, and expanding the internal knowledge base.

What are we looking for? 🛠️ • Salesforce Expertise: At least 2–3 years of experience in QA testing specifically on the Salesforce platform (with a strong emphasis on Service & Sales Clouds) – Must.

• QA Methodology: Proven experience in writing test documentation and managing the full testing lifecycle.

• Business Acumen: Deep business understanding and the ability to see the "big picture" within complex system environments.

• Automation: Experience with automation tools and advanced testing methodologies – Significant advantage.

• Key Traits: High attention to detail, quick self-learning capabilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and strong collaboration with development teams.
