We are hiring an Advanced System Integration Engineer for a leading defense company to work on cutting-edge, multidisciplinary systems!

If you are passionate about bridging the gap between hardware, software, RF, and communications, hands-on lab work, and driving system-level Validation & Verification – this role is for you.

What Will You Do?

• Lead end-to-end integration, System Bring-Up, and V&V for complex technological systems.

• Set up, operate, and maintain full-scale integration labs and simulation environments (RF, power, communication interfaces, synoptic diagrams).

• Execute complex test scenarios, analyze system logs, and perform real-time diagnostic troubleshooting.

• Work closely with HW/SW development teams, write V&V documentation, and participate in design reviews.

• Lead multi-interface integration tasks and coordinate with subcontractors.

What Are We Looking For?

• Education: Practical Engineer or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Software / Systems / Mechatronics.

• Proven experience in System Integration, Bring-Up, and V&V of complex systems.

• Hands-on experience with lab test equipment (RF, communication, electrical measurement tools).

• Experience with log analysis, defect tracking (Jira/QC), and system test execution.

• Willingness for frequent international travel (approx. once a month) for field testing, simulation centers, demonstrations, and customer sites.

• Great Advantage: Military/Defense background as an Integration Tech/Operator in RF, Radar, Avionics, or Communication systems.
