Full Stack Engineer

An innovative Israeli tech startup developing a specialized SaaS platform tailored for construction, field operations, and engineering professionals.

The platform streamlines on-site workflow management, real-time documentation, data tracking, and automated reporting.

Operating with a lean, highly collaborative core product team, the company drives its engineering operations from an accessible high-tech park in Israel.

Located in the Shfela region (walking distance from the train station), operating on a flexible hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in-office per week).

Role Description-

• Joining as a Full-Stack Developer within a lean core team, taking end-to-end ownership of web applications and system features (~60% Frontend, ~40% Backend).

• Hands-on Frontend development using React and TypeScript to build responsive, intuitive user interfaces.

• Hands-on Backend development using Node.js (Express) to architect REST APIs, database models, and service integrations.

• Working closely with product requirements, leveraging modern AI development tools (coding assistants) to accelerate development and problem-solving while maintaining code quality.

• Investigating complex codebases, troubleshooting bugs independently, and integrating external webhooks and communication tools.

Requirements-

• Proven hands-on experience developing end-to-end web applications / software systems – Mandatory

• Strong proficiency in Frontend development using React and TypeScript – Mandatory

• Proven experience in Backend development using Node.js and Express (or similar backend frameworks) – Mandatory

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, relational/non-relational databases, authorization mechanisms, and system integrations – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience incorporating AI coding tools & assistants into daily software development workflows – Mandatory

• High degree of independence, strong analytical skills, and product-oriented thinking – Mandatory

• Experience or familiarity with Firebase / Firestore – Advantage

• Experience integrating with CRM platforms, WhatsApp APIs, Webhooks, or workflow automation tools – Advantage
