Business Applications Specialist (Salesforce)

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for a hands-on Business Applications Specialist with strong Salesforce experience, who combines business understanding with system expertise and can lead end-to-end implementations in a global environment. Location & Work Model • The position is based at our headquarters in Netanya , conveniently located near Netanya Sapir train station • Hybrid work model: 4 days per week from the office and 1 day per week working from home What you’ll do • Own and support Salesforce, including configuration, enhancements, and ongoing improvements • Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions • Lead implementations from design through testing, training, go-live, and post-launch support • Support global users across multiple regions, mainly the US, France, and UK • Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials • Work with internal teams and external partners on system changes and projects

Requirements: • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator • Strong business-process understanding and ability to translate needs into solutions • Experience leading system implementations end to end • Fluent English, written and spoken • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent Nice to have • Experience with ERP systems • Experience with data and reporting tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Azure Data Factory (ADF) Who you are • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills • Hands-on, proactive, and independent • Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment Why join us • Global role with international teams • End-to-end ownership and real business impact • Dynamic, growing company
