Cost Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Cost & Manufacturing Economist to join a global manufacturing company and lead financial processes, costing, and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, including ongoing development and performance management

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, including full COGS analysis and business insights

• Develop, maintain, and monitor product costing aligned with manufacturing processes

• Manage and control inventory processes, including counts, analysis, and provisions

• Lead SOX processes, including documentation, procedures, and narratives

• Drive continuous improvement in costing methodologies and financial processes

• Partner with operations managers to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a strong accounting background

• 8+ years of experience in costing within a global manufacturing company

• Managerial experience (3+ years) – advantage

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Strong systems orientation with high proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

• Fluent English
