Video Editor

Calling all video editors!

We are looking for a full-time video editor to join our new Papaya Reusables sister brand: Ads by Papaya. A creative agency producing great ads for great brands on Meta.

Responsibilities:

As video editor for Ads by Papaya, you'll be responsible for taking raw footage, piecing them together to tell the story, and then elevating that story with visual effects, sound, transitions, copy and overall creativity. You'll be working on content for multiple brands, across multiple different industries.

Type of Content You'll Edit:

Full scale productions:

• sifting through multiple takes of raw footage and editing it together to follow the approved ad script.

Founder ads:

• using talking-head founder footage, and mixing it with product b-roll, to tell an engaging story.

UGC ads:

• taking influencer/ugc footage, and mixing it with product b-roll, to tell an engaging story.

Attention spans are dropping, especially on social media. We're looking for a video editor who can think outside the box to keep the viewers attention. We're not looking for someone to simply edit together a beautiful piece of content. We're looking for someone who can edit together a beautiful piece of content, and then take it that one step further to pull people in. Keep them engaged. And use the power of editing to sell the product.
